1. The Service

Torro IQ is an analytics and insights platform designed to help merchants analyze relationships between advertising spend and product-level performance using data from Shopify and connected marketing platforms.

The Service provides analytical tools, visualizations, and correlation-based insights intended to support business decision-making. Torro IQ does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Have the authority to bind the business you represent
• Maintain an active Shopify store in good standing

3. Account Access & Data Permissions

By installing or using Torro IQ, you authorize us to:

• Access store data provided through Shopify's APIs
• Access advertising and analytics data from connected platforms (if enabled by you)
• Process and store this data solely to provide and improve the Service

We do not sell your store data.

4. Data Accuracy & Limitations

Torro IQ relies on third-party data sources, including Shopify and advertising platforms. We do not control these systems and cannot guarantee data completeness, accuracy, real-time availability, or attribution correctness.

All analytics, correlations, scores, and insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial, legal, or investment advice.

5. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that correlation does not imply causation, marketing performance is influenced by many variables outside our control, and business decisions made using Torro IQ are made at your own discretion and risk.

6. Fees & Billing

If applicable, fees are billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at signup. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing may be updated with reasonable advance notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, analytics models, scoring methods, algorithms, visualizations, and branding related to Torro IQ are owned by Torro IQ. You retain ownership of your store data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk to the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

Torro IQ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior twelve months.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
